Lovely Building & Landlady
Pros
The landlady is friendly and super responsive whenever I had a question or an issue. The super was always quick to come by and fix things whenever we had an issue, and the building on the whole is very well run. The amenities are wonderful, it's so convenient to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. The building itself is on a quiet street just around the corner from great restaurants, grocery stores, and a lovely community garden.
Cons
Most of the bedrooms are pretty small, and the walls are a little thin, both between rooms and between apartments. Luckily, none of the neighbors are terribly noisy, so it's mostly a non issue.
Great Building Great Super
Pros
Joe and Debbie are wonderful, very responsive, and fair. Nice building overall, lots of musicians but they keep the noise to daytime hours.
Cons
Occasional pests but the landlord does send pest control regularly. Occasionally cold as some window seals are old but overall a great spot.
