Pros
Love the spaciousness of the apartment and the backyard area.
Cons
The A/C units never function properly causing fluctuating bills. Laundry machines barely ever work. You tell management and they drag their feet to replace the other three machines that don't wash properly + the fact that the basement floods and leaves puddles everywhere in the basement.
Advice to the owners
Make the necessary improvements now as opposed to waiting last minute.

Nice layout, and has a decent Brooklyn backyard.
Cons
Terrible management who aren't very helpful or responsive. They only care about money, and not the living conditions of their tenants. The basements floods badly, and get into the apartments on the bottom floor. Laundry machines are often down.

Do better to create a livable environment.
