great student housing

Pros

spacious apartments with great views, amazing deal especially in comparison to other nyc apts

Cons

kitchen is dirty with some trapped hair/debris on the floor under the clear top coat, windows/walls are relatively thin (can hear neighbors sneezing, lots of traffic noises outside)

Amazing views of the water and very spacious apartments, generally fast maintenance response

Cons

Mostly loved it. Sometimes some slow responses from housing office about logistics
