Cheap rent, laundry in building, gym in building, close to the train and responsive landlord/property manager.
The noise. So bad. Sometimes AC unit in each room stops working, hot water isn’t as hot, and only 1 laundry machine. Thin walls also means you can smell everything from neighbors upstairs and downstairs in your bathroom.
