Great location Apartment has nice finishes (crown molding, updated kitchen, nice light) Affordable rent

Unresponsive super and management company Extended heat outages every winter for weeks Ceiling leaks / wet electrical appliance is unsafe Poor insulation, very drafty

Advice to the owners

Shame on you for not meeting basic needs of tenants, get a management company that cares
