Great experience, management could be better

Pros

The apartment is well maintained, staff and neighbors are all very nice making for a lovely community to live in. The apartment itself is very nice and modern. The building has great amenities.

Cons

Maintenance issues are slow to be addressed. Multiple apartments in the building went through a phase of 3-6 months without a working A/C unit in late 2023-early 2024, not ideal in the winter.
