Nice apartments, good heat and water, responsive management.
Cons
Super can be a bit hard to get ahold of, but is responsive for important things.

Modern building in somewhat noisy street
Pros
The building was well kept, the elevator always worked and the door felt secure. Laundry in the basement worked well.
Cons
It's in front of the walk-in emergency room of a NYC hospital and sometimes the street gets quite loud.
