Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, low cost but you are paying the difference for it by living in this building
Cons:
Rampant pest problem - yearlong mice infestation in the basement, where trash is stored next to your laundry (whole basement is a horror story). Bed bugs have infested entire building and the landlord hired exterminators are ineffective. Cockroaches in the basement and outside on the street
Direct Property Management (Pelham) - just look up their yelp reviews. It is all true. Isabel Negron is incompetent, non responsive (takes 3 months to get a hold of) and aggressive - from everything I’ve heard and seen, they need to lose their apartments.
