Best Building I’ve Lived In
Pros
This building is very well maintained and complaints or issues are dealt with promptly. Pest control comes every month if you want/need service. The men who work in this building are all very kind and helpful.
Cons
It is a loud neighborhood, but that is to be expected. I do not interact much with my neighbors, being that my apartment is right by the front door to the building.

Old building with roaches
Pros
Trash are well cared for and clean, lobby alway clean
Cons
Roaches in all the cracks, a couple of times visits from little mouses, building management takes FOREVER to reply and act on issues, never replaced the garbage door handle, lied there was a in building laundry but they never fixed it (it’s been more than 5 years)
Advice to the owners
Be more reactive when tenants contact you.
