Lovely building, management fine
Pros
It was in a great location- far from trains but really lovely and fun area. A little unsafe to places I've lived in bedstuy and bushwick, but overall great. My neighbors were great- a few people had been living there since the 70s and we're really cool and friendly.
Cons
The building manager did fix stuff, but it would take many many texts and calls. we also had a couple ongoing issues that kept getting "fixed" but quickly became an issue again. Also, the heat didn't work although the building was legally obligated to provide it. our radiators wouldn't turn on at all- we kept reaching out to get it fixed and they would not fix it.

Rats in the trash room, have to dodge them. Packages stolen frequently management didn’t do anything about it. Fobs stopped working for the past month.
