Best Place to Live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything! The entire team at 1 Hanson Place from doormen to maintainance staff are very kind, and organized. The building is very safe, clean, and convenient. No issues ever with pests, and they even shampoo the carpets so the building always smells great. Trash rooms on every floor are frequently emptied at least twice a day. It's easy to submit repair requests online if needed, with fast response times from maintainance. Packages are always secure, with a great barcode tracking system and tenant labels for each package no matter what size. And there is a laundry room in the building. It's a well-oiled machine, and in a prime location convenient to most train lines with a Target and Whole Foods directly across the street. The team also does a great job communicating with all tenants via email if ever any major problems with the building or surrounding area come up. Not sure if it was just my apartment/ neighbors, but I never had an issue with noise. Windows are huge as well, so the views are stellar. Move here! Don't think twice. I was a very happy tenant for 4 years, sad to be moving out soon.
Cons:
The cons are so minimal, just the occasional issue with a clogged toilet (I live on a very high floor, it may be attributed to that) and wished that every apartment included its own washer dryer.
