Reviews

Location is great but units are overpric

Pros

Location, W/D in units, tenant age group.

Cons

The super should be useless and unresponsive, the outside garbage situation is mortifying, the heaters suck, the water takes forever to heat up, unit pricing is too high and inconsistent, there’s a mail thief that’s stolen thousands of dollars worth of packages in 1 year, the appliances are outdated, and the ringers are annoying.

Advice to the owners

Hire a super and management company that are capable of doing their job.
