    Apartment Flooded and They Didn't Care

    Managed by Metronest, so they (c) openigloo have a lot of units (c) openigloo in the area. It was (c) openigloo inexpensive initially (we had a (c) openigloo covid deal). They don't care (c) openigloo about pets at all.
    Cons:
    Couldn't be less responsive. Do (c) openigloo not have a super. Do (c) openigloo not have a clear management. (c) openigloo We were displaced because our (c) openigloo 4th floor apartment flooded when (c) openigloo a ceiling collapsed for the (c) openigloo 2nd time late on a (c) openigloo Satruday night. Even when we (c) openigloo went to the management company (c) openigloo office, they said they couldn't (c) openigloo help us. Not until my (c) openigloo roommate brought in legal council (c) openigloo did they bother to attempt (c) openigloo to place us in vacant, (c) openigloo furnished apartments around the East (c) openigloo Village. They then had the (c) openigloo audacity to raise rent by (c) openigloo 40%. Don't live here.

    Get a new property manager.

    Studio is a decent size (c) openigloo for Manhattan
    Cons:
    My unit has a mice (c) openigloo problem, the bathroom is nearly (c) openigloo falling apart (leaky toilet, gravel (c) openigloo falling from the ceiling, and (c) openigloo BLACK MOLD growing in the (c) openigloo shower) overall not worth the (c) openigloo $$$. Building doesn’t really care (c) openigloo at all.

    No major price increases in (c) openigloo rent over the last few (c) openigloo years. Management almost always responds (c) openigloo right away with any issues (c) openigloo and the maintenance people have (c) openigloo always been very helpful
    Cons:
    The heat makes it about (c) openigloo a million degrees in the (c) openigloo winter making us have to (c) openigloo have the windows open but (c) openigloo its nyc radiators so no (c) openigloo surprise there.

    Would love if they came to clean the hallways + starwells more often

    Loved the doormen. Everyone I (c) openigloo interacted with was super sweet. (c) openigloo My room was a nice (c) openigloo size. The have building laundry (c) openigloo room.

    My room was a nice (c) openigloo size but the rest of (c) openigloo the apartment was absolutely tiny. (c) openigloo Hallway for a kitchen. I (c) openigloo did experience a bug problem (c) openigloo but they took care of (c) openigloo it. The heat was finicky.

    Schedule the heat in the units. Cold nights are no fun.
