STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Pros

Literally nothing. The owner is a con artist and committing tax fraud.

Cons

Literally everything. There is black mold, pests, insane amount of noise allllll the time, the house is rotting no matter how much shiny new drywall they layer on top of it
