Pros

Owner is there when u need them but leaves u alone. Rent is priced fairly and not increased drastically

Nostrand is loud and water pressure is not great but not terrible

It has a cute back yard and expose brick

No windows in 2 of the 3 bedrooms You Pay for hot water You Pay for gas Central air, don’t works Big Rats in the back yard Landlord come to the apartment unannounced Does not fix anything The apartment is upstairs from a nail salon, and the fumes gets really really bad, to the point I got A sinus infection The street is very noisy
