Just no worth it for the price

Pros

No experience with bugs/mice, decently quiet neighbors, super is slow but will eventually come to fix things if you nag him enough. Good location!

Cons

There is no heat in the winter, so just prepare for that. Apartment reached 40 degrees. Management does not care and will not fix whatever may be causing this. Management is slow to respond to problems of any kind. Leaks in dishwasher that was never quite resolved and leaks in hallway light during heavy rains. Will also raise rent by 1200/mo despite paying on time every month and causing zero problems

Advice to the owners

Turn the heat on in the winter? I’m sure your own apartment has heat so why aren’t you providing it to tenants
