Going downhill fast

Pros

Love the staff Amenities are free Apartments and bathrooms are spacious

Cons

Residents are FILTHY to the point you can’t even throw trash in chute and there’s now a roach infestation so we have to get our apartment sprayed monthly

Far from Luxury!

Pros

The gym has a nice view. The rooftop has a nice view. The security guards have no issues with packages missing.

Cons

The neighbors are so ghetto because they accept people from everywhere. There are a lot of vouchers in the building and people do not respect the building. Someone was stabbed in the building. It is not clean. Management just wants the money.

Advice to the owners

Vet the people moving into the building.
