Fort Greene near Myrtle
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent windows, good garbage management, convenient location, corridor and stairs kept clean, easy access to roof, good storage spaces.
Cons:
Frequent delivery thefts, lack of elevator, lack of laundry facilities, doors hung poorly, not all gas range burners work, refrigerator somewhat inaccessible, bad bathroom remodel.
