Thin walls, ceilings, floors. Unsanitary laundry room.

Pros

The building is recently renovated and the units are really nice and spacious.

Cons

The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything your neighbors do and they can hear everything you do. Conversation, TV, music, cooking, etc. can all be heard through walls, ceiling, and floor. At any given time, you are listening in on the lives of several neighbors. Worse than any building I have ever lived in. Laundry room/basement is gross and essentially unusable due to smell, mice, and garbage.

Advice to the owners

Fix the walls or at least warn prospective tenants.

Don't live in a building managed by Jon Fardhadian. He is a scammer. He will scam you and make up repairs to withhold security deposits. There are rats in the trash room.
