Good apartment with some flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean. The hallways are bright and tidy.
Warm. This apartment (at least in my unit) is very warm even with one of my heaters off.
Cons:
Noise. You can hear your neighbor when they start talking loudly. When they have parties, you can hear their music pretty well too, obviously.
Water. My water is annoyingly NOT clear. I use a Brita pitcher but it's still lightly brown.
Trash. The trash room is well maintained but it's annoying to go out of the building to toss the trash.
Advice to owner:
Good building but it lacks some details.
