Great Apartment with a few pest issues
Pros
Amazing living room and kitchen space to live in with roommates. The bedrooms in the front and back got amazing sunlight. Super and Management were great to work with as we had quite a few pest issues. Neighbors were great and this street was lovely. A nice quiet street in the busy-ness of the east village.
Cons
We had mice throughout our year living here and lots of bugs. One of the rooms does not have a window so it is hard to keep cool with the window AC units. Additionally, relying on the window units in the living room was tough during the summer as well. No laundry as well.

Super is a SAINT. He’s always around and incredibly helpful. Keeps the building well maintained.
Cons
No laundry in building or unit. Withheld some of security deposit. Increased rent over 10% and had to leave.
