You get what you pay for
Pros
Rent Stabillized. Best Part of Bedstuy in my opinion. Access to both nostrand ave and franklin ave stations. You never hear the noise from other apartments and they never hear yours.
Cons
Not clean enough. Cleaners need to be hired on a more frequent basis; I'm actually shocked there isn't a pest/rodent problem. Serious Package theft issue. You have to be VIGILANT if you've ordered sensitive packages. Constant infrastructure breakdown - such as elevators - that takes an eternity to get fixed.

Building Built Poorly

- building was built cheaply and it shows from the constantly breaking infrastructure like the elevators, appliances, and building entry doors. - lots of theft with packages
Advice to the owners
Invest more in the upkeep of the building
