Reviews

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Overall okay, building construction was cheap and starting to show

Pros

- Great neighbors - Great building staff - Super is responsive - Beautiful rooftop

Cons

This is not an old building, but construction was completed cheaply and it shows. Lots of water damage in the building, rooftop has an old pool covered by turf that is not safely attached, things break in the apartment all the time. The super is amazing and responds quickly, but if something requires a large repair management doesn't spring to handle that well and cheaply band-aids repairs.

Advice to the owners

Take care of this building, could be so much nicer if large projects were approved to handle properly.

Overall OK, but poor communication from old management

Pros

Secure, clean, great doormen/maintenance staff

Cons

Thin walls, can hear neighboring apartments. Poor response from management
