The apartment is nice

Pros

The apartment is nice, and the area is relatively quiet. That said, the apartment itself is comfortable, and the amenities are good.

Cons

However, I was hoping for more activities or events to get involved with.

Coliving

Pros

I loved my room. High ceilings. Individual heat/air conditioning controls. Great bathroom! Peaceful views of the backyard. Fairly close to public transportation options. Flexible lease options.

Cons

Lots of 420 action in the building, even though it’s supposed to be nonsmoking. Many water leakage-related maintenance issues. The neighborhood is a little sketch. I never felt safe here.

Advice to the owners

Inspect the apartments more often and proactively handle maintenance and 420 issues.
