Good apartment, great price, responsive landlord

- Very cheap rent, chill landlord - Well-kept lobby, hallways, and trash - Very few bugs and no rodents
Cons:
- Water pressure is bad, leaky sink, noisy shower - Rent payments are done by mail, not online
