good neighbors, relatively quiet building. in unit w/d, basement storage

offsite super means that it can be slow to have someone handle clearing snow and other maintenance issues. can add random extra fees during lease renewals; you have to fight them

Advice to the owners

don't seal up rat holes before figuring out if there are still rats in the walls or not.
