Lovely building staff, good community
Pros
The staff here feels like family and we love the other tenants. Units are large / spacious for their price. Building is well-managed, with easy recycling / garbage disposal. Children decorate the lobby at holidays.
Cons
Kids parties in the center courtyard can sometimes be loud, windows are drafty, bathrooms don't have great ventilation

Quiet Building in Riverdale
Pros
Clean, Quiet. Neighbors are not seen frequently. Doorman, Very nice super although he recently left.
Cons
Only one Elevator that tends to break down every 3 months or so. Crazy neighbors although many aren’t seen often. Narrow indoor parking garage and path to enter it.
