Beware of landlord

Pros

Spacious studio apartments, great location

Cons

Beware of this landlord. The worst I’ve experienced. Apartment was often cold and there were problems with the radiator. Dated appliances. Pest issues. I could go on and on... would not recommend.

Advice to the owners

These apartments must be renovated and tenants must be treated with respect.

Great walk up on a convenient block

Pros

- great, responsive super - friendly neighbors - reasonable rent/easy negotiation - no noise

Cons

- gets a little warm in the summer because of thick walls
