- Rent stabilized - Elevator in building - Right next to the subway (2, 3, 4, 5) - Close to Brooklyn Museum, the library, and Prospect Park - Close restaurants and grocery stores - Super is very responsive and kind - Outside is well-lit at night - Pest control comes every month
