Excellent proximity to lower Manhattan, subways & buses and a lot of great support businesses.

Cons

NOT MAINTAINED - PUBLIC SPACES FILTHY, VERMIN NEVER DEALT WITH. MANY XODE VIOLATIONS. LANDLORD IS A CROOK (SUED BY SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NY).
