Lived here for 3 years -- loved it.
Pros
This building has great management. The superintendent (Oscar) is incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. The company that manages the building is also very responsive. They keep the building clean, take out the trash regularly and offer pest control regularly, though I've rarely had any issues with pests. There are also AC units installed in the living rooms. I loved my unit a lot!
Cons
Heat could be better in the winter months; I've had to use a personal heater from time to time, which just ramps up my electric bill. The laundromat downstairs, which is advertised as basically in-building laundry, is incredibly overpriced. I walk 6 blocks to a more reasonably-priced laundromat but that's just personal preference.
