Hard to leave
Pros
The apartment is very spacious and unique. Quiet and friendly neighbors, safe neighborhood, tall ceilings, and big windows. Nice courtyard view as well.
Cons
No washer/dryer/dishwasher. Heat only comes on when the outside temp is below 50°, so fall gets pretty cold. Super is sexist and rude, and most fix-up jobs are poorly done. Lots of repairs needed when we moved in, but eventually they were all sorted out. Had to be aggressive with super, owner, and contractors over the phone.
