good location and kind building staff including live-in super and doormen who have been nothing but wonderful. solid package system
Cons
raised rent by way too much for bs reason. have seen very large cockroaches in our apartment (larger than I’ve ever seen before, even for NYC). lots of construction and noisy area at night if you have a window AC all sound enters the apartment and it’s extremely noisy due to people hanging out 24/7 across the street and screaming, yelling, playing music. hordes of kids shrieking their heads off at midnight every night.absolutely terrible apathetic management company that doesn’t treat its tenants like humans

Slightly overpriced for how small some units are. It is on a noisier street. Some bathrooms are tiny and need updating.
