Solid building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent management and staff. Very responsive. Great location
Cons:
Wonky heating and cooling system can lead to very high electric bills. Noise from Big Apple Circus and Summer For the City in Lincoln Center.

Love the building and the men that greet you and keep it running
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mngt is responsive as is the employees. Manager in building, Superintendent is very slow to react.
Cons:
Fee free in house broker not attentive to current tenants moving to another apt in building. Appears that the in house broker favors outside brokers and pays little attention to current tenants to upgrade their current apt.
I have been attempting to change apartments for about a year now. Wendy, the internal real estate agent, pays little to less than zero attention to current tenants with proven track records on paying rent timely.
Outside brokers appear to get the opportunity to see the apartments, when available, and tenants are not devised.
Appears that Wendy might be partners with the outside brokers.
Advice to owner:
Check to see if in house broker is charging outside brokers her fee. Pays no attention to current tenants looking to move to another apartment
