Rent stabilized small apartment
Pros
only 2 apartments on each floor so quiet
Cons
neighbors on the top floor were crazy and called the cops on the other neighbors on the other floor. bad waterbug issue.
Advice to the owners
use pesticides more regularly.

Pros
Good neighborhood, near subway, pretty quiet, no problems with neighbors, landlords were pretty responsive
Cons
Landlords didn’t always actually fix things even when they came to check stuff out. Rent was way too high for how small the rooms are. Smelt like weed pretty often tbh
