Lovely building, lovely neighbors

Pros:
Kind live-in super keeps the building immaculate, and he's responsive to texts, etc and keeps your packages downstairs; really wonderful neighbors, very quiet elevator building, not much turnover, near all the parks and playgrounds, no parties. Big closets, some units have dishwashers.
Cons:
Only two washers/dryers for the building (we've been promised a laundry room for a decade). The back apartments get almost no light - but you do have lots of trees back there and see tons of migrating birds and the occasional coyote.
Advice to owner:
My apartment was renovated right before I moved in, and the original sturdy, white, tall cabinets were replaced with crappy country brown ones, where all the doors are loose or falling off the hinges and the counters weren't cut evenly. There's no working outlet near the living room window, so I can't have a/c in that room. It's unworthy of the quality of the building. Also- I'd happily pay for storage if one of those giant rooms in the basement were partitioned for our use.

Pros:
Apartment is spacious and has a lot of nice prewar details. Neighbors are not noisy, everyone is respectful.
Cons:
Pests (roaches and occasional mice), recurring mold. The elevator breaks down several times a month…

Great location, easy access to the building, there’s a laundry in the site, many stores nearby!
Cons:
The super doesn’t clean the common areas frequently!!! He is never available to help

CHANGE THE BUILDING SUPER

Hell hole in Inwood

Its hard to think off, cheap rent. Hot water sometimes, elevator works sometimes
Cons:
Drug dealers on 3fl, 1st floor, and the basement. Super rents out the boiler room, storage room to semi homeless people, Also trash on the floors, elevator and stairs. It’s a zoo. Wait, the blasting music on Friday-Sunday nights...Laundry room is really another issue, 4th July it’s a firework display on the roof top displays by the supers son! Wait, sorry the roaches and mice! 
Advice to owner:
You really need to invest in better super to manage the place. It’s became a dump

1 lady leaves her front door open 24/7 and scream-argue all the time with many birds/parrotts in her house. Soo much noise from this appartment.
