Rude management, Vomit in the halls

Pros:
Management is so useless and lack any presence or oversight so you don't have to follow their rules
Cons:
There was literally vomit in the hallway the other day and the smell permeated all through the building. Management is extremely rude and unresponsive. Bedrooms are horribly insulated so you freeze at night.
