Beautiful building, cold Hudson winds
Pros
The doormen are so kind and helpful! They are truly so sweet. Also, they always handled deliveries and packages well. This is a stately and beautiful place, everyone I’ve met inside seem very nice. Great location near the subway and lovely park. Quiet neighborhood.
Cons
They don’t shy from heating this place in winter! It got pretty hot sometimes, but you can always open a window. Also, it gets super cold outside the building when the wind blows off the Hudson (which is all the time in winter). Be sure to bundle up!
