Terrible management

Pros:
Super is great and helps as much as he can.
Cons:
Management is terrible. You cannot reach a live person. Everything is done through online portal. No help when my fridge broke down the day before Christmas Eve. Could not reach anyone. Cheap they don’t want to fix apartments.
Advice to owner:
Do better! Be for your tenants. Open up space to amenities advertised.
