Best landlord so far
Pros
Small but clean building, cleaned weekly. doesn't smell in the hallways, neighbors friendly and courteous. Laundry is actually decent. Best thing, every tuesday they have an exterminator make the rounds just to check in. LL is very responsive, writes recommendations, easy to work with.
Cons
Thin walls I guess
Advice to the owners
Maybe clean the dryer vent.

Good starter apartment
Pros
Only 3 floors, on a not very inhabited block. Backyard and roof access is great, and the location is wonderful
Cons
The business across the street is noisy during the week, and there is a truck that delivers flour to a nearby business that is extremely disturbing around 5am
Advice to the owners
This is a good building, but perhaps address the issue of the early truck in the morning
