Other floors tenants are very kind and the area is great.
Cons
Unkempt landlord and unkempt building. Structurally falling apart, tons of plumbing issues (no running water sometimes), landlord curses profanities upon entry and exit, the front doors are broken, cockroaches..., terrible musk smell, rotting carpet, broken tiling in bathroom, uneven floors and ceiling (hard to walk around)
Advice to the owners
Go to rehab, invest in your building.
Run as fast as you can in the other direction

- Owner is clearly not stable - Smell upon entering the building - Building locks are not secure - Building has clearly not been professionally maintained by a professional contractor, or inspected by the city in several years. - Severe water damage and pipe leaks resulting in rotted wood and damaged ceilings and walls that have not been professionally fixed
Advice to the owners
Sell the building because you clearly don't have the capital to maintain it
