Horrible property management

Very responsive and nice superintendent - is bound by awful property management.

Property management never reply or respond to any issues. Including violating habitability laws.

Terrible Management made it untenable

Pros

The building hired a guy who kept on top of the trash situation.

Cons

Management were terrible at helping with everything from heating, AC, gas issues. Pete was an absolute nightmare to deal with. We moved out as soon as we could.

Advice to the owners

Manage the building better.
