I liked the views, natural light, proximity to restaurants, proximity to central park.

Okay, not bad but could definitely be better.

Pros

Superintendent is very nice.

Cons

No elevator and very steep stairs so maybe not good for people with mobility issues and a pain to take laundry and trash up and down from basement. We also had mice problem and a rat lived in the basement.
