Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Noel Intner reveal a mixed tenant experience primarily defined by responsive management in some locations and poor oversight in others. Tenants praise the helpfulness of superintendents and occasional proactive landlord engagement, especially in rent-stabilized buildings. However, complaints highlight issues such as pest infestations, inadequate heating, problematic maintenance responses, and building disrepair. Noise and elevator accessibility also pose challenges for some residents. Overall, potential renters should expect variability in management quality, with some properties well-maintained and others suffering from neglect, underscoring the importance of careful property-specific consideration before leasing.

Former tenant·7 months ago

Okay, not bad but could definitely be better.

Pros

Superintendent is very nice.

Cons

No elevator and very steep stairs so maybe not good for people with mobility issues and a pain to take laundry and trash up and down from basement. We also had mice problem and a rat lived in the basement.
