Great súper & neighbors

Pros:
So far it’s been a great experience, little things needed to be fixed, the landlord and súper have been very responsive.
Cons:
The decor is little dated but overall everything seems good

Laundry in building. Very close to the Q and bus stops

Garbage smell at times.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and clear with tenants.
