Pros
The supervisor and management company are very responsive to issues. We had some standard wear and tear issues, and they were resolved pretty quickly.
Cons
Creaky floors in the apartments. Also the walls are fairly thin.

Pros
Cheap and neighborhood is fun.
Cons
Not very well kept. Infested with roaches. Floor is close to caving in. The heat when it is on which is very rare to even be on, makes a loud sound like a water hose. Either keep it on and don’t sleep or turn it off and freeze. Cabinets are falling apart. Door buzzer broken. Only 2 functioning outlets in entire apartment. laundry room does not provide a money card or change machine so it is nearly impossible to do laundry with the coin shortage.
Advice to the owners
Fix things. Don’t brush us off.
