Not a great building
Pros
The building is centrally located to Central Park and Lincoln Center. Owner is attentive and responsive when needed. Rent is reasonable with low annual rent increases. Monthly exterminator comes regularly but at 1pm on a Sat when noone is around.
Cons
The building and apts are rundown. Major roach issues from the pipes which could be resolved but owners did nothing after multiple complaints. The stair railing is wood and has been broken and taped for years. Painters paint the apt but don’t tape edges etc resulting in a very sloppy job.
Advice to the owners
Do better with your properties.
