Solid place

Pros

Solid place to live. Modern fixtures, clean, quiet. Overall I would recommend someone living here.

Cons

The laundry machines aren’t the best, and they’re expensive & coin operated. It’s also not accessible via the elevator.

Cheap laundry in building 2 full baths Exposed brick Cheap 1 block from Defontes Small cozy building Nice view of downtown Manhattan

Dirty basement Floors slightly slanted showing building age Kitchen cupboards are low quality Shower head sucks Right in front of the highway, can be noisy
