close to J stations. apartments are very big

old building so its just very dirty. there's literally mushrooms growing from the cracks in the bathroom.. lots and lots of cig smokers in this building that love to smoke in their apartments and in the hallways. you can always smell it in your apartment and in the stairs. but truly the biggest issue is the mold.

It’s in a great area, close to the J train and a lot of neighborhoods stores.
Cons
If you’re renting directly from the landlord you’re getting scammed. This building is rent stabilized and hasn’t been registered since 2008
