It’s an apartment for sure
Pros
Central heat and AC- unit has a dishwasher! Private entrance is also a plus.
Cons
Management is so unreliable it’s insane. I had a drip coming from a light above my bed onto my furniture for 5!! Days!! Before it was fixed. There’s mold in the basement, and you can hear rats in the walls in the night. Also unit 1 F was illegally rented out and unregistered until I threatened to report them to the city because it made the rest of the building eligible for rent stabilization and they were trying to avoid that by not giving us a mailing address (which is federally ILLEGAL)
