unresponsive, uncaring management + landlord

Pros

we've grown to enjoy our space. unfortunate the building is managed so poorly.

Cons

we've had various issues throughout the past year (pipes bursting, roaches, boiler breaking down) that are pretty common in nyc, but the biggest issue is that NO one (management, super, landlord) puts in effort to address issues. we always had to send numerous follow-up reminders and wait for long periods to get anything fixed.

Horrible Management and building

Pros

in building laundry

Cons

Pest infestations : horrible Inadequate hot water during the winter, the hot water boiler broke down more than 5 times and we had 0 hot water during the first snowfall of the year when it was the coldest. It was ridiculous. Property Manager is a very rude person.
